Customer Service - Call Center
Starting Pay: $18.00 Per Hour

- Receive and respond to customer calls regarding questions, concerns, delivery, sales and service issues
- Provide phone assistance to delivery, customer service, and store departments
- Follow-up with customer issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- All other duties as assigned
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to handle difficult situations with customers
- Basic computer and typing skills needed
- Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
- Must be dependable and self-motivated
