Customer Service- Parts Department:
Starting Pay: $16.50 Per Hour - Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. (with flexible schedule).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Contact customers to schedule return services to their home to replace parts that have come into stock.
- Order parts for our in-house repair shops including tracking the ordered parts through the manufacture and updating the status of those parts in the RC Willey System.
- Track and update Bench Stock parts.
- Order parts for customers, quoting price of parts to customers and taking payments from customers.
- Maintain open lines of communication and provide status updates to customers.
- Interface in a friendly and positive manner with customers, vendors, associates.
- Resolve parts issues and problems in a timely and effective manner.
- All other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
- Typing skills 35 words per minute minimum.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Google email, docs, drive and computer operating systems and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed.
