Loss Prevention & Inventory Control Associate
Starting Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week, shift to be arranged

- Assist, and work closely with the store management team in implementing policies, rules, and standards to help protect the assets of the company
- Learn and be proficient with the inventory system
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Must demonstrate a high level of professional and ethical behavior at all times
- Maintain, monitor, and review camera surveillance systems as needed
- Complete and file all fraud packets with local police departments
- Audit and file inventory reports for all processes and procedures through which inventory flows
- Perform accurate inventory counts on retail floor and warehouse locations. Complete count of all warehouse, clearance, and electronic inventories monthly
- Control and reduce merchandise loss through inventory analysis and shop-lift prevention
- Perform and submit weekly safety audits concerning inventory issues, policies, and safe work practices
- Test and maintain security devices and perimeter and interior alarm systems
- Ability to work from the Draper store with occasional travel to other store locations as needed
- All other duties as assigned
- Experience in retail loss prevention strongly preferred
- History of honesty and integrity
- Valid Utah Driver License
- Must have basic computer skills-MS Office experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills needed
- Must be organized and professional
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
