Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase and special orders for RC Willey vendors.
- Generate and maintain accurate product SKUs.
- Support the purchasing department with essential clerical tasks.
- Resolve purchase order issues with buyers and accounts payable.
- Partner with Inventory Analysts to optimize order management.
- Coordinate orders with receiving, traffic, and delivery teams.
- Communicate order status with factories, sales representatives, and customers.
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in handling cash and processing credit card payments.
- Basic computer literacy and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and complete tasks thoroughly.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive work ethic.
