Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales and Medical Representative Intern at RC WoundCare Innovations. The role is based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The intern will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, generating leads, and providing medical support tasks within the field of wound care innovations. This position offers a commission-based salary ranging from $40,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on performance and sales. Successful interns who demonstrate exceptional motivation and commitment may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with expanded responsibilities and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to healthcare providers, including wound care clinics, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and diabetic care centers.
- Build relationships with hospice centers, nursing homes, podiatrists, rehabilitation centers, and hospital wound care departments.
- Support lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities and manage sales pipelines.
- Provide compassionate medical representation to ensure healthcare providers deliver the best outcomes for patients.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets to maximize earning potential within the commission structure.
- A highly motivated individual with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approach.
Qualifications
- Proven previous experience in sales and lead generation preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with healthcare providers.
- Willingness to learn of medical terminology and wound care products is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in healthcare sales or the medical field is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in a related Marketing field is beneficial.
