What You’ll Do:
- Complete MDS assessments accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care planning
- Monitor resident progress and quality outcomes
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in NY (Required)
- MDS experience in a long-term care setting (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and assessment skills
- A team player with a passion for resident care
