POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting and assisting branch staff with New Accounts tasks on an as needed basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the CSR position, supervisory position or equivalent job specific skills and knowledge.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING:
High School Diploma or GED
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Provide essential phone and email support to the branch CSRs and Retail Coordinators on day-to-day tasks (i.e. new account opening, general branch New Account questions, escalating requests as needed).
- Provide support and assistance to the Operations Support Supervisor as needed; including but not limited to accurately executing various reports, drafting procedures, assisting with training materials or presentations, and other special projects.
- May be required to travel to different locations to assist with training needs (May require overnight travel depending upon the location of the branch or project).

- Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
