POSITION SUMMARY :
Conducts job related training for all new employees upon hire, as well as for existing employees as needed. Training also consists of an introduction to RCB Bank with a focus on company culture, policies, procedures, and values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Work within the Training department to deliver training for new and existing employees.
- Work closely with Department heads, Operations staff and frontline to identify and maintain efficiencies for all areas.
- Maintain calendar of employee training events, develop training agendas and trainee communications.
