We are a team of home roofing and gutters experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance of our customers' residential roofing and gutter systems.
The Role:
Our Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for in-home selling of all our offerings. A sales representative will run company-provided and self-generated leads to assess a customer’s current roofing system, quote a new roof, and provide solutions and financing that fit the customer’s needs and budget. Roofing Sales Representative must be on-time, organized, thorough, and self-motivated as they are essentially running their own business. Prior sales experience is desired, but a great attitude is required, prior Roofing experience is not required, initial and ongoing training will be provided.

- IT competent, previous experience with Gmail, Google Calendar, and sales CRM and software applications

Responsibilities:
- Perform RCB sales presentation
- Identify, discuss, and provide a resolution for customer concerns
- Provide customer support and follow-up throughout the customer project
- Measure units and process all documents for each customer
- Detail the scope of work and the materials needed
- Work with teammates to uphold the highest customer service standards
