We are seeking dynamic, motivated Independent Subcontractor Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
Job Summary: As an Independent Subcontractor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring all assigned leads are handled with professionalism and urgency. This is an exciting opportunity for self-starters who thrive in a commission-based role and enjoy flexible, independent work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers & convert them into quality appointments
- Lead Management: Contact assigned inbound leads within 24 hours and enter lead data into the CRM upon assignment.
Sales Metrics: Meet or exceed the following:
- Lead Conversion Rate: 90% (ensure leads turn into scheduled appointments).
- Estimates sent within 12 hours of scheduled appointment time.
- End-to-End Close Rate: 12% (includes all lead statuses).
- 1 Roof sale per week
- Quarterly Sales Quota: $180,000 in total sales
Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers through the project lifecycle:
- Weekly updates leading up to installation.
- Multiple calls during installation and daily follow-ups post-installation until payment is received.
- Document all communications in the CRM platform.
Project Documentation: Complete pre-sale forms with required photo documentation, assist with permitting as needed, and ensure all CRM updates are timely and accurate.
Compensation:
Commission-based structure:
- RCB Inbound Sales: 10% of the gross sale.
- RCB Outbound Sales: 12% of the gross sale.
- Bonus opportunities for exceeding targets
- Commissions paid within 15 days of receiving full customer payment.

- Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable with technology.
- Ability to attend required engage with home owners and represent RCB Roofing professionally.
- Knowledge of the roofing industry is preferred but not required.
