PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Customer service scheduling for countertops
2. Installation scheduling for countertops
3. Order entry for countertops
4. Inventory tracking for countertop and sink orders
5. Order tracking for cabinets and countertops for all divisions on a weekly basis
6. Creating job and templates in job runner for cabinets and countertops for all divisions
7. Assist manager in training for cabinets and countertops
8. Research no charge items and back charges
9. Assisting manager with on-boarding and training new team members
10. Other duties as assigned by the manager or senior leadership

11. Minimum two years’ experience in Customer Service.
