- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check in guests
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, including verifying guest identification
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments as needed
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Computer literacy with proficiency in using computerized systems
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to work weekends, holidays.
