The Vice President of Concrete Construction Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our concrete construction company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and market competitiveness. Collaborate closely with executive team members to align operations with overall business objectives.
- Operational Oversight: Direct and manage daily operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and logistics. Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental policies.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff across various functions such as production, maintenance, procurement, and distribution. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.
- Financial Management: Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control measures, and resource allocation. Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed decisions and achieve operational targets.
- Customer Focus: Maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, striving to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management within the concrete construction industry, preferably with cast-in-place operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
