Our BDC team members are the core of our sales team; we need candidates who are willing to make the first impression a great one! We are willing to train and develop an individual that will be the perfect fit for our team. The amount of experience in the RV industry is less important than having the confidence and communication skills to interact with customers over the phone and online with the purpose of setting up appointments to visit our dealerships.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the company’s sales efforts by professionally handling our incoming sales calls & online leads by following our established process and setting appointments for customers to visit our stores.
- Show passion and enthusiasm over the phone and through online lead follow up to get customers excited about RV’ing and visiting our stores.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships through follow up by utilizing our CRM software and communicating with current and past customers to promote a good buying experience and ongoing relationships.
