PSI, an Intertek Company, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, is looking for an Environmental Project Engineer / Geologist / Scientist to join our Building and Construction team in the Central (Orlando) and North Florida Area.
What are we looking for?
The Project Engineer / Scientist / Geologist will support the Building and Construction business by overseeing the Environmental projects in the Orlando Region. This position requires travel up to 15% of the time as business needs dictate.
Shift / Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM (may vary)
What you'll do :
- Managing Environmental Site Assessments -Phase I / II and III Experience
- Knowledge of ecological services to include listed species assessments and wetlands assessments and delineation
- Managing FDEP projects
- Managing Soil and Groundwater Assessments
- Managing UST and LUST projects
- Managing soil gas and vapor intrusion investigations
- Ability to prepare technical proposals and reports
- Ability to communicate with clients and regulators to keep projects moving and on schedule
- Ability to self-manage and make decisions during all phases of a project
- Ability to manage and control project budgets and build solid relationship with clients
