Job Responsibilities:
As a Field Collections Representative, you will:
- Travel to customers’ residences to collect past-due payments on delinquent accounts.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service while securing outstanding balances.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Local Manager.
- Adhere to all company policies and federal, state, and local regulations, including COVID-19 safety guidelines.
This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must:
✔ Have a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance (with you listed as a driver).
✔ Possess a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
✔ Maintain a neat and clean business casual appearance.
✔ Be available to work evenings up to 8:00 PM and some Saturday mornings.
