About the Role: As a Lead Verification Engineer, you will manage a team of five engineers and drive innovative projects from design to productization of DDR5, DDR6, and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing projects, managing schedules, and mitigating risks.
- Providing technical guidance and fostering talent development.
- Leading hands-on pre-silicon verification, including creating verification environments, performing functional and code coverage, and ensuring readiness for pre-tapeout.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: MSEE/Ph.D. with 10 years in digital/RTL design and hands-on chip design experience.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in DDR5/DDR4, SystemVerilog, OVM/UVM verification methodologies, and memory buffers (RCD and DB).
- Pre-Silicon Expertise: Deep understanding of pre-silicon verification processes, including environment setup, functional/code coverage, and debugging techniques.
- Leadership: Prior management experience with direct reports and a passion for fostering innovation.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work across disciplines.
