Dialysis RN (Outpatient) - Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for patients undergoing dialysis treatment, ensuring their well-being and comfort throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Perform dialysis treatments according to prescribed orders and ensure accurate patient monitoring during sessions
• Educate patients on kidney disease, dialysis procedures, and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients
• Monitor and assess patients' responses to dialysis treatment and adjust care plans as needed
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate medical records
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the treatment process

Qualifications

• Valid RN license with a strong background in patient care
• Experience in dialysis or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of sonography, mammography, trauma medicine, critical care transport, outpatient care, dermal fillers, specimen collection processing, case management, and healthcare systems is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of compassion and professionalism

Pay: Up to $2,176.00 per week
