Hourly wage: $19.23 ($34,998 a year)
35 Hour work week

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times to ensure all expectation, needs, and goals of individuals, visitors, and staff are met and uphold customer satisfaction and quality of service.
- Greet all visitors entering RCIL and properly direct them to their destination in a friendly manner.
- Be prepared to handle emotionally charged situations.
- Professionally answer all incoming calls and direct them to the correct recipient.
- Process mail daily to include posting, opening, sorting and communicating with departments.
- Assist with special projects that may include typing documents, processing large mailings, copying and other administrative functions.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Accredited Business School Certificate or Associates Degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Office machines such as fax, copier, and printer.
- Knowledge of ADP and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, knowledge of safety precautions, excellent organizational skills and reliability, proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
