The Position
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our company. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to the operational teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring a skilled workforce capable of meeting business objectives.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and monitor expenses and revenue streams.
