The Position
RCL Mechanical, a leading HVAC and plumbing company in Raynham, MA, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Comfort Advisor/Salesman to join our team. You will be responsible for assessing the comfort needs of our clients, educating them on our HVAC products and services, and guiding them through the sales process. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, effective communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultations with homeowners to understand their specific comfort requirements.
- Assess existing HVAC systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform detailed evaluations of residential HVAC systems to determine efficiency, performance, and potential issues.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and technology to gather data and assess system health.
- Develop and present customized HVAC solutions based on client needs and system assessments.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of recommended products and services.
- Prepare accurate and transparent cost estimates for proposed HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create comprehensive proposals for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in HVAC technology and industry trends.
- Provide technical expertise to clients, explaining complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Cultivate positive and lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from consultation to installation.
- Provide support in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential HVAC systems analysis and consultation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and energy efficiency.
- Technical certifications in HVAC or related field are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Google Drive, etc.)
- Must be able to lift 20lbs and stand for long periods of time
