The Position

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Or Mechanical Project Manager to join our commercial team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of commercial HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and engineers, to ensure tasks are assigned effectively and deadlines are met.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.
• Ensure all installations comply with industry standards, local regulations, and client specifications.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate disruptions and delays.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and best practices.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in HVAC or plumbing.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and office tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
