The Position
The Service Manager is tasked with client satisfaction and field execution on all service and quoted install projects. Having overall responsibility for the success of the project, the Service Manager actively manages the progress, accuracy, and execution of the Company’s work within the contract scope and consistently delivers 5-star service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Work conjunctively and lead the service technicians, dispatch, and office administrator
- Order equipment and material
- Create and monitor schedules
- Coach technicians on sending detailed estimates for service work
- Manage all permit processing with office administrator
- Prepare and manage service titan with all information
- Purchase all subs and vendors equal to or less than budgeted quote
- Actively manages the progress, accuracy, and execution of work within the scope, dollar amount and agreed schedule.
- Run weekly and monthly reports to measure productivity through service titan
- Oversee and be involved in monthly marketing processes and procedures
- Present accurate and timely cost impact pricing to owner for all changes
- Ensures that owner is in agreement with all changes and produces necessary change order paperwork.
- Manages and ensures technician is doing all activities on service call as directed. (Payment, Warranty, PMAs, Branding RCL equipment)
- Support on site technician with any needs daily
- Support and lead delivery drivers for service work
Requirements
- Self-motivated and flexible team player that isn't afraid to ask for help.
- Positive attitude
- Service Titan experience is a plus
- Deadline driven
- Can handle and prioritize multiple projects in fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership Skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam)
- Familiar with quick books and service titan software is a plus
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills

Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
