About the Role – HVAC Installer
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team! This role focuses on providing 5-star service to our customers while working closely with dispatch and the service manager to ensure every job is done efficiently and professionally. You’ll be responsible for HVAC installations in residential and light commercial settings, with a commitment to safety, precision, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems following design specs and safety protocols.
- Fabricate and install ductwork to ensure efficiency and proper airflow.
- Wire and connect thermostats and control systems accurately.
- Test and inspect installed systems for functionality and compliance.
- Provide customers with system operation guidance and encourage memberships in our Total Home Care Club.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle to uphold a professional image.
- Promote positive customer experiences and obtain Google reviews to build our online reputation.
- Stay updated on industry advancements to improve your skills and techniques.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5 years as an HVAC installer.
- Skills: Proficient in HVAC equipment installation, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Certifications: Completion of an HVAC program or relevant certifications (EPA 608 certification preferred).
- Physical Ability: Able to lift over 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and adapt to various weather conditions.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
- Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license is required.
