The Position
RCL Mechanical is looking for a Journeyman Plumber who would be expected to install all aspects of the plumbing systems on our projects for our institutional, educational, and commercial clients. These projects range in size! You will be tasked with client satisfaction and field execution on all daily installations. Having a portion of responsibility for the success of the project through leadership and field installation on the job site.
Responsibilities
- Understand blueprints and drawings for all relative systems
- Ability to understand coordination drawings
- Complete daily jobsite paperwork if applicable
- Clocking in and tracking time correctly and accurately
- Arrive on time daily
- Recognize and communicate RFIs, and company change orders to Foreman
- Follow all safety guidelines per OSHA
- Collaboratively work with Foreman and co-workers to make successful project
- Demonstrate our core values daily
Requirements
- Plumbing experience: 4 Years (required)
- Journeyman Plumber’s License (preferred)
- High school Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Self-motivated and flexible team player that isn't afraid to ask for help
- Positive attitude
- Deadline driven
- Able to utilize an iPad for daily paperwork to be submitted
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
Schedule
- 8 Hour Shift
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30 - $50 per hour based on experience
