The Position
As a licensed Electrician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our Electrical & HVAC installation projects, collaborating with internal teams and customers to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform necessary installs & repairs to Electrical & HVAC equipment, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components, replacing faulty parts, and ensuring proper system functionality.
- Able to install and troubleshoot low voltage wiring for boilers, furnaces, and other equipment.
- Be willing to learn how to install mini splits, and other HVAC replacements with proper training from our team
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, and parts used. Complete service reports and submit them to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Stay updated on the latest Electrical industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive interactions with customers.
- Obtain positive Google reviews from satisfied customers, contributing to the company's online reputation.
- Promote and encourage memberships to the Total Home Care Club to customers.
- Keep service vehicles clean and organized to reflect a professional image.
- Additional responsibilities will be undertaken diligently to align with company requirements and job expectations.
Requirements
- 5 years of Electrical experience (Required)
- Service Titan experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and flexible team player that isn’t afraid to ask for help
- Positive attitude

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
