The Position
As a Plumber, you will play a pivotal role in our projects, contributing your expertise to ensure the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial & Residential buildings. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in plumbing, a dedication to quality workmanship, and a passion for exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure plumbing systems meet design specifications and local codes.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and configuration of plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate plumbing activities with overall project schedules.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations, ensuring a secure work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or relevant certifications.
- Valid plumbing license and OSHA certification (OSHA-10 or OSHA-30).
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy plumbing equipment and work in confined spaces.
