The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing residential plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs with precision and efficiency. You’ll work closely with dispatch and the service team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential water supply systems, waste disposal systems, and fixtures.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and plumbing failures in a timely and efficient manner.
• Replace or repair faulty plumbing components such as valves, taps, water heaters, and piping.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including equipment usage and job details.
• Provide exceptional customer service, clearly communicating with clients about their plumbing needs and solutions.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Plumber’s License preferred or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
