Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced commercial Plumbing and Mechanical Project Manager at RCL Mechanical. The Project Manager will be responsible managing budget, sub contractors, schedule and client relations. The position is located in Raynham, MA, with some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
Minimim
- Minimum 3 years as a PM or 5 years as an APM
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of project financials
- Proven ability to establish strong client relations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in project management in the plumbing and mechanical field
- Procore and Bluebeam experience preferred
