The Position
As an HVAC Installer, you’ll be responsible for the full execution of each job—from start to finish—ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality workmanship. Our goal is to deliver the best service possible, and we strive for 5-star reviews on every job!
Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in a residential setting, including heating, cooling, and heat pump units.
- Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are ready before starting the installation.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to ensure precise installation.
- Assemble and configure air handlers, condensers, furnaces, and ductwork according to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
- Fabricate and install ductwork to ensure proper airflow, efficiency, and system design.
- Install and reconnect electrical components, thermostats, and control systems, ensuring all wiring is correct.
- Perform inspections and system registrations to ensure compliance with company standards, local, and state codes.
- Provide customers with guidance and education on how to operate and maintain their HVAC systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Stay up to date on industry advancements to continuously improve installation techniques and skills.
- Encourage and promote memberships to the Total Home Care Club to provide customers with long-term benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle to uphold a professional image.
- Obtain positive Google reviews from satisfied customers to help build the company’s reputation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA 608 certification preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
