RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA), a division of RCLCO, guides large-scale investors, including pension funds and sovereign wealth funds, in their real estate investment strategies and assists in managing their large and complex real estate portfolios. Founded in 2011, RFA became a registered investment advisor (RIA) with the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2014. Today it boasts several of the top 20 national institutional investors as primary clients, and it also serves large international investors including family offices, financial institutions, and sovereign wealth funds. RFA currently has approximately $100 billion of assets under advisement and has advised on over $11 billion of equity investments for its clients.
RFA is improving the traditional institutional real estate investment model by providing customized and aligned advisory and investment management solutions to limited partners (LPs). THE POSITION
With its rapidly growing client roster, RFA seeks a qualified Vice President to join the team as a key project and client manager. The Vice President will contribute as both a client portfolio manager, working to optimize portfolio composition and performance, and an institutional investment consultant, assisting clients with their investment strategies. In both cases, the Vice President will work to address the important and unique issues regarding real estate investing faced by institutional investors, including :
The Vice President will report to Ben Maslan, Managing Director, and collaborate closely with other Managing Directors in RFA while managing Analysts and Associates with expertise in underwriting and financial analysis. This position can be based out of either the Los Angeles or Denver office of RCLCO, both of which have a high concentration of RFA team members.
Core responsibilities of the Vice President include :
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience : 6 years of work experience requiring quantitative analysis, ideally in real estate investments or management consulting
Education : A bachelor's or master's degree in economics, real estate, finance, business, or related fields.

Estimated base salary range : $130K-160K, plus annual bonus
