Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical operations, ensuring high-quality, participant-focused care at all times.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (IDT) to develop and implement care plans that achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitor performance metrics, improve processes, and meet compliance standards for PACE programs.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of clinical staff.
- Establish and manage budgets while aligning resources to deliver efficient and effective services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, infection control, and compliance reviews.
- Build relationships with families, participants, and external stakeholders to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in healthcare or management preferred.
- Licensure: Active RN license in good standing.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in leadership roles, preferably within elder care or community-based settings.
- Expertise in acute care, managed care, home care, or long-term care environments.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and required insurance coverage.
- Medical clearance and up-to-date immunizations.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including license verification and drug screening.
