Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for clinical and operational roles.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and documentation.
- Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices, policies, and employee relations.
- Oversee credentialing, re-credentialing, and compliance with licensing and insurance provider requirements.
- Administer employee benefits programs and act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers.
- Manage HR functions across multiple locations, supporting payroll, leadership development, and workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or private practice setting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and labor laws.
- Experience in provider credentialing and compliance is strongly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-site work environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
