NURSE PRACTITIONER (NYSNA) - Primary Clinic

Full Time / Monday – Friday / 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current NYS Licensure and Registration
  • Minimum 3 yrs. FNP experience
  • ANCC certification
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • NP experience in Behavioral Health.
