Salary: $105,000 – $165,000 annually productivity bonus

Are you a compassionate and driven Pediatric Nurse Practitioner seeking a fulfilling opportunity with a mission-driven healthcare organization? We are partnering with a leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) to find a talented APRN to join their Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine team in Hartford, CT.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to children and adolescents in collaboration with pediatric physicians
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, refer to specialists as needed, and coordinate care across disciplines
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities
- Engage in culturally competent care and build meaningful relationships with a diverse patient population
Ideal Candidate:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program
- Licensed (or eligible) APRN in the State of Connecticut
- DEA and Connecticut controlled substance registration (or eligible)
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to evidence-based care
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience in a pediatric setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
