Job Summary

Metro Chicago Health Center seeks Physical Therapist for PRN. Weekdays and weekends available. Medical district and near south side.

PRN work includes Acute Care and or Outpatient Adults

Responsibilities

  • Physical Therapist will provide diagnostic, consultative and treatment services for outpatient clients.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday day time hours (IP and or OP) and Weekends (IP). Near Medical district and near south side.
  • PRN: at least 1 day/month.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Physical Therapist as licensed by the Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation.
  • PT with outpatient experience. (PRN: Acute and or OP)
  • Credentials to be completed prior to and upon hire.

COMPENSATION:

  • Depending on experience.
  • Competitive salary and benefits available for those working 30 hrs/wk or more.
