What are the responsibilities and job description for the Urgent Care Physician Assistant position at RCM Health Care Services?
Our client in NC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to fill needs at the Outer Banks Hospital Urgent Care Center in Kitty Hawk, NC. New providers will need to come in the day before scheduled start date for orientation.
Outpatient only
7 : 30a-7 : 30p Friday-Monday
Estimated 40-50 patients per provider (3 providers)
No call
Established team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Team of 5 extenders and 7 nurses
Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS and PALS
Required procedures include suturing, splinting, burn care, I&D, foreign body removal, elbow reduction, laceration repairs
COVID TESTING
Moonlighting opportunities available
X-ray, iStat, CBC, Chem 8 Labs on site, 10 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms
EPIC EMR
All travel and lodging will be covered
