Position Description
RCM Technologies HCM Practice has openings for three (3) Business Development Managers. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Payroll Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of building pipelines, nurturing leads, and closing deals. As a representative of our emerging division, you will introduce small businesses to our comprehensive suite of solutions, including payroll, HR, Time and Labor, and other Human Capital Management (HCM) offerings.
Responsibilities :
Lead Generation and Pipeline Development : Proactively identify and target small businesses in key markets to build a robust sales pipeline. Leverage cold calling, networking, and prospecting to generate high-quality leads.
Consultative Sales Approach : Understand the unique needs of small businesses and position our solutions as tailored offerings that drive efficiency and growth. Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on the benefits of our Payroll and HCM services.
Product Knowledge and Demonstrations : Showcase in-depth knowledge of Payroll, HR, Time and Labor, and HCM products. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight how our solutions meet client needs.
Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners, such as brokers, CPAs, and industry associations.
Sales Performance : Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics. Monitor and track sales activities in CRM tools to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration : Partner with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive retention.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, in Payroll, HR, or HCM industries.
- Proven success in building a pipeline, managing leads, and closing deals.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by small businesses.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
