What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Administrator position at RCM Management LLC?
Operations Administrator Purpose: The purpose of this position is to provide a variety of clerical and administrative support tasks such as preparing meeting agenda’s typing minutes; maintaining records and information; administrative follow-up and/or working on special projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- ·Attends Board of Directors Meetings for five associations and the Finance Committee Meeting.
- Works with Association Presidents and Committee Chairs in the preparation of the Agendas and any other meeting related tasks such as calendaring meetings and emailing meeting documents.
- Works in conjunction with Community Director to follow up on all RCM related administrative action items from meetings.
- Supplies a draft copy as well as a final approved copy of meeting minutes to the Boards, Community Director and Committees.
- Retains, files meeting minutes as needed and uploads to the community websites.
- Prepares Board Packets and Power Point Presentations as needed for all Association meetings.
- Provides front desk coverage for the receptionist when needed.
- Opens and distributes all incoming mail.
- Publish the Weekly Update Newsletter.
- Post Resident work orders and additional meals to Residents accounts.
- Assist with all Community Annual Meetings.
- Print and mail monthly statements and other mailings as needed.
- Contribute to overall administrative support to staff.
