Job Summary
RCM Technologies, a multi-disciplinary engineering company located in Montvale, NJ, is seeking Civil Engineers with 6 years of experience in Civil Site design. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement for a mid-level or senior level engineer through participation in a team-oriented and interdisciplinary approach with remote engineering to developing innovative engineering solutions for our local, national and international clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering,
- Minimum of six (6) years of site design, preferably with large scale commercial, industrial, residential and / or utility design experience.
- EIT or Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
- Experience with design of stormwater management, site access and grading.
- Experience with Civil design programs including AutoCad Civil 3D, Bentley Open programs, HydroCad or other design software.
- Ability to develop and review design drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Ability to prepare calculations using Excel and MathCAD.
- Ability to conduct site visits and field investigation.
- Work within a team-oriented environment to successfully complete projects within established budgets and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate will primarily work remotely with periodic work from the Montvale, NJ office and occasional visits to client sites and facilities.
