This is a Chart review position with paperwork no patient bedside manner, you would be in charge of making sure patients have gone to all medical appointments, correct medication is administered, also checking dosage and making sure the medication is signed off on. Appointments include physical therapy speech therapy regular primary care visits and occupational therapy as needed.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
