Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with revenue management systems and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
