What You’ll Own & Drive
Order Coordination & Fulfillment Accuracy
- Be the expert. Partner with Channel Managers, Vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing.
- Get it right the first time. Review signed estimates, sales orders, and contracts for accuracy and approvals.
- Own the process. Enter orders and create tracking projects within 24 hours of receipt.
- Monitor performance. Track key fulfillment metrics (order accuracy, delivery speed, fulfillment rates) and develop dashboards for data-driven decisions.
- Ensure customer success. Maintain and analyze shipping, tracking, inventory, and delivery timelines to optimize efficiency.
Project Tracking & Cross-Team Collaboration
Stay ahead of the pipeline. Know exactly where every project stands and proactively move things forward.Be the glue. Work across multiple departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.Keep leadership informed. Provide regular progress updates, flag roadblocks, and offer solutions.Commission Calculation & Reporting
Precision is key. Accurately calculate commissions based on order data and ensure alignment with commission structures.Keep teams in the know. Generate and distribute commission reports with accuracy and timeliness.Solve discrepancies fast. Identify errors, investigate issues, and work with stakeholders to resolve commission-related concerns.Product & SKU Management
Keep things up to date. Add new products, update pricing, and maintain accurate product information.Maintain legacy items. Ensure system compliance through regular SKU maintenance.Clean up & optimize. Conduct data audits and information cleanup projects.Contracts & Procurement Support (Backup Role)
Ensure accuracy. Upload contracts into the CRM and enter contract details correctly.Support sales fulfillment. Work with field service and sales teams to deploy products efficiently.Be the expert in the process. Understand the full order lifecycle from sale to invoicing.Stay ahead of procurement needs. Work closely with the Procurement Specialist to provide support as needed.Process Improvement & Automation
Find inefficiencies. Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.Automate & optimize. Leverage data-driven solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.Drive impact. Work with sales, finance, and operations to improve reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.Deliver insights. Present findings and recommendations to leadership, influencing strategy with data.What You Bring to the Team

Requirements
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field ( preferred, but not required ).2 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or order fulfillment— bonus points if you’ve worked with commission-based structures!Technical Skills
Excel Powerhouse : Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.Data & Reporting Tools : Experience with data analytics software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) is a plus .CRM & ERP Savvy : Familiarity with cloud-based CRM, bookkeeping, or ERP systems ( Zoho experience is a bonus! ).Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Sharp Eye for Detail : Ability to analyze large datasets, spot trends, and extract actionable insights.Critical Thinking : Identify patterns, anomalies, and process inefficiencies to drive data-driven decision-making.Communication & Collaboration
