Position: Service Operations Data Analyst
Location: Warren, MI
Duration: Long Term contract (annual renewal)
Hours: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm, Remote Monday and Friday. Onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
The Service Operations Data Analyst supports Dealership Claims and the Processing team & associated projects. They support any escalation calls that have not been resolved through first internal team and have minimal contact with dealers directly. The purpose of this team is to resolve any and all claims that come through from first internal team .

The typical day:
- Typical task breakdown and rhythm – Processing dealership claims that need assistance – this is an escalation team, all internal Interaction level with team
- Typically work on own, but team is there for support.
- Work environment description – Cubicle set up
The successful candidate
- 2 years experience processing automotive dealership claims
- Self-starter
- Bachelors degree preferred
