The ideal candidate will have a PCAM or other designations from CAI and / or IREM. Familiarity with Vantaca is preferred. Qualifications
- PCAM or other designations from CAI and / or IREM
- Proven working experience in property management
- Property Management designation preferred but not mandatory
- Deep understanding of condo law and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with VANTACA preferred
