A rapidly growing Asset Backed Finance (ABF) investor within the specialty finance sector is seeking a high performing lawyer with strong transactional experience to join their growing team in either New York or San Francisco. With a bi-coastal preference, the firm offers senior credit facilities and forward flow purchase programs to small and established fintech & specialty finance companies in the consumer and small business lending space.
This is a high profile and integral role that will work collaboratively with the Investment, Asset Management and risk teams, in addition to liaising with external counsels.

- Negotiate and document term sheets, in addition to managing documentation of bilateral and syndicated asset financing facilities as both borrower and non-bank lender
- Negotiate and manage documentation of asset portfolio purchases as well as on-going forward flow purchase agreements
- Underwrite existing external counsel relationships and new relationships to create efficiencies
- Manage formation and compliance of investment funds and accounts
