Senior Leveraged Finance Credit Analyst / Midcap Corporate Credit Analysis - VP / Director level
Due to expansion, a credit rating agency is building a team in Chicago to be focused on analysing primarily midcap companies who are accessing the private placement market. Most firms will be highly leveraged / sponsor backed. There are often aspects of secured debt tied to a corporate entity.
Private Credit continues to expand and have a positive impact on requirements for credit ratings.
Example companies and transactions could be secured transaction backed by a pool of assets, and firms can be across the corporate and non-bank financial institution spectrum who may be able to access lending via secured debt.
It’s an interesting role and this sector of private credit continues to rapidly expand. It’s a good opportunity to be part of an international team. You’ll have strong growth and development opportunities in this role.
You're likely to have solid Corporate Credit experience, with some flexibility on the seniority level considered.
