We are currently hiring for a full life-cycle recruiter to join our rapidly growing HR Consulting team. Your primary responsibility will be handling full life cycle recruiting for a variety of our clients. Experience handling high volume recruiting and recruiting for various industries is a must. Industries we support include Solar, Manufacturing, IT, Transportation, Logistics, Property Management, Mental Health, Government Contracting, etc. This is a fully remote position, you must work a Monday-Friday schedule and prior experience working in a remote setting is required. Job Responsibilities : Manage full life-cycle recruiting for multiple clients across various industries. Develop, revise, and post job descriptions tailored to each client's specific hiring needs and industry requirements. Screen candidates through resume review, phone screens, and initial video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and coordination. Facilitate interview feedback sessions with hiring managers and assist in making hiring recommendations. Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process by providing consistent communication, updates, and a positive candidate experience. Draft and extend job offers, ensuring compliance with compensation guidelines and company policies. Conduct reference checks and collaborate with HR consultants / HR coordinators to facilitate background checks and onboarding processes. Utilize various HRIS and ATS platforms to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruiting reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and process improvements. Stay up to date on best practices in recruiting, employment laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness in hiring strategies. Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. Knowledge / Skills 4 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment BA / BS in Human Resources PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus Compensation and Benefits : Salary Range : $20.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits Package : Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, STD, LTD, PTO, paid holidays, professional development assistance, and 401(k) matching.
