- Free onsite or remote CEU’s every month, ongoing research opportunities, and reimbursement for up to 8 conferences per year
- Developing skill acquisition programming using best practice and principles of ABA
- Providing staff, teacher, and parent training
- Conducting ongoing analysis of data etc.
- Conducting behavior and skills assessments
- Creating behavior support plans
- Attending IFSP/ IEP meetings
- Working collaboratively with different teams of professionals
- Master’s in a related field and either working toward or have already received their BCBA
- Experience working with individuals with Autism
- Possess excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Flexible and able to work in a variety of settings
- Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
- Able to submit transcript
- Comfortable going in homes, EI centers, school, etc.
