We are looking for the best Concrete Finishers in the area to join our team to work on commercial projects around the Rapid City area. We offer immediate growth and training potential for workers dedicated to their craft. Candidates must have construction experience and be willing to travel within a 1 hour radius of Rapid City.
Job Description/Duties
Basic concrete knowledge of tools and finishes
Knowledge of proper placement procedures/specifications
Ability to grade subgrade properly and to desired elevations
Ability to work long hours and weekends when necessary
Effective communication, time management and leadership skills
Provide daily maintenance of equipment/tools
Requirements/Responsibilities
Must be at least 18 years of age
Basic communication skills

Relocation Incentive
Trades people:
Individuals from out-of-state who come to work in South Dakota can receive a $1,000 Relocation Incentive.
The $1,000 workforce relocation incentive will be paid directly to an employee hired from out-of-state to work in South Dakota. The first incentive installment of $500 will be paid after 90 consecutive days of employment, averaging at least 40 hours worked per week. The second $500 will be paid after 365 days of employment, averaging at least 40 hours worked per week.
